"Tell me how many beads there are...

In a silver chain,
Of evening rain,
Unravelled from the tumbling main..." ~Thomas Lovell Beddoes

A stormy weekend for us, enjoy the indoors or a blissful walk in the rain. : )

Tonight in our Night Rhythms Live Beat, Julie Corbalis (a.k.a. Jules) graced our WHUD airwaves!

We heard the song Melt Away...fitting for a hot summer night, and found on the album titled Jules and the Family

plus three songs from her latest solo release titled
Old Flames & New Names:
Johnny and June...a tribute to the late Johnny Cash & June Carter Cash, Should've Stayed Away...a relationship place we've all been, and a song beautifully dedicated to her mom, Barbara in Yorktown, called Turn Away. Julie mentioned that she's in a Battle of the Bands and you can vote here. Find out where she'll be performing live, including this Monday night at The Quays in Astoria @ 10pm, by visiting her website or space.
The thunder is rumbling as I type this and I really don't mind...

Laughin' in the rain,
Catherine Kitty 2
